Employee Feedback

Social work is a tiring job that requires hours of emotional labor with sometimes not that many results. But the good results and the feeling of helping people in need is what manages to make most social workers get up, be strong and carry on. Generally, social workers are happy with what they are doing because they are helping those in need.

Being a social worker is extremely tough. The horrors and the trauma that you see every day can be too scarring. What will help you through it is the cases where you manage to help someone. Cling to those and make them your foundation.
